You should have experience and knowledge of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach to infrastructure service delivery as well as the foundation concepts for the building of federated infrastructure. You can write complex reports in English and have project management experience (both traditional and Agile methodologies) and team leadership experience, since you will be expected to help manage cross-cutting teams contributing to the various internal and external projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in coodinating small- to medium-sized teams in a dynamic environment. Your work style is solution focused and people oriented, with the ability to delegate and coordinate activities across a wider team of technical experts. You feel comfortable working in a vibrant environment, accept new challenges and help develop creative technical and organizational solutions to provide innovative services for the scientific community.

You will work in an international environment in the heart of Lugano, Switzerland. The official working language is English; knowledge of Italian, German or French is an advantage. CSCS supports and promotes a gender-diverse work environment.
